Zaiqa Restaurant Tullamore

Our team has enjoyed dining here since the first day we arrived in Tullamore to attend a conference. We ended up having dinner here every night for a week because the food is delicious and offers a great variety of choices. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially Kyla, who always provided excellent service.

The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and has a cozy atmosphere. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Tullamore! 👍🏻👍🏻

I loved this restaurant since it opened and recommended it to many of my friends, however the last few times we have been in we can notice the standards are slipping.
We
was in last night and ordered a dish and I knew as soon as I tasted it that the lamb was cold, I didn’t eat it but shared my partners dish.
When they owner came to clear the table and asked how our meal was I informed her that the meat in my dish was cold, all she did was make a face, offered no apology whatsoever, we thought it was extremely rude, I was not looking for a free dish and still paid for the whole meal without hesitation but if your customer is not happy with something please offer an apology, dont just ignore them which is very unprofessional.
I won’t be returning nor will I ever recommend again.

Certainly, the restaurant might not be a traditional Indian establishment, but it does make an effort to offer a similar culinary experience. The butter chicken is satisfactory, but I would advise against ordering the kebab. The non-veg platter is good. The front desk staff could benefit from improving their customer service skills. Additionally, it is worth noting that the establishment has increased its prices in recent weeks.
